Returns and exchanges
are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery. No additional costs added.
Returned product/s must meet the following criteria to be accepted for a refund:
Purchased product/s must be in the same condition as purchased. All original tags must be attached. Products worn, used, altered or damaged are not eligible for return.
NB! Made-to-measure and Custom- made personalized products are not accepted for return.
To return the purchased item:
1) notify us about your return via e-mail: julia@juliaaiste.com
2) dispatch your return to the following address: Julia Aiste Luxury Design OÜ, Kalevipoja põik 2-95, Tallinn, Estonia 13614. Your refund will be processed within 14 Bus. days from the receiving products at the address mentioned above and confirming that the products are eligible for return.
